Welcome to the ordering process at Boombell®! Here’s how simple and secure it is:

Step 1 – Choose products and add them to the cart:

Discover our products by clicking on the product title or image to access the details.
Use the ‘Add to Cart’ button to add your chosen product. If there are different variations such as weight, size, or color, select your preference and input the desired quantity. Clicking ‘Add to Cart’ will save your selection.
Repeat this process until all desired products are in the cart. The cart icon at the top right always displays the number of products and the total amount.

Step 2 – Guest Order or Customer Account:

Choose whether to place an order as a guest or create a customer account. For one-time orders, the guest option is sufficient.
If you order frequently, a customer account provides more convenience, storing your address, payment information, and giving you an overview of your order history.
Click on the respective button to proceed.

Step 3 – Enter Personal Information & Choose Payment Method:

Fill out the form with your address details. Ensure your email address is accurate to receive our confirmation email.
Select your preferred payment method and click ‘Confirm’.

Step 4 – Review Order & Submit:

Review a summary of your order and all entered details, including the total amount with shipping costs and itemized VAT.
If necessary, correct any information and click ‘Submit Order’ if everything is accurate.
Upon submission, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email containing your order number. Please check your spam folder if you don’t receive an email within 10 minutes.
